Asian Gender Trainers’ Network Program (AGenT)

• With its accumulated knowledge and experience in gender training, KIGEPE has launched a training program for gender trainers in Asia titled “Asian Gender Trainers’ Network Program (AGenT)” since 2019. This program aims to provide Asian gender trainers with a regional platform for in-depth learning and exchange or experiences to respond to gender inequality and gender-based violence in the fast-changing social landscape of Asia.

Gender Training for Public Officials

• KIGEPE serves its role as the hub institute for promoting gender equality in Asia by providing education on gender related policies and knowledge for public officers from developing countries. KIGEPE collaborates with the Korean government and international agencies to carry out customized training programs.
  Topics covered by our international programs include: gender sensitive budgeting, gender impact assessment, gender policy development, women's human rights, violence prevention education, training of trainers, and women friendly city policies etc.
